Responsibilities
- Develop and execute outbound lead generation strategies.
- Generate high-quality sales leads through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels.
- Maintain a detailed and organized CRM tracker to manage lead data and sales activities.
- Set up qualified appointments for the field sales team to further develop and close.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs to measure the effectiveness of outbound efforts.
- Train team members on effective lead-generation techniques and software tools.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Report on team/individual performance metrics and forecasts to senior management.
