    Challenge

    One of the major challenges that AegonLife was facing was that of identifying and leveraging sections of the website that contribute the most to leads and transactions to further improve lead generation & purchases of policies that were made. Looking at the larger picture, one of the main goals was to deliver a better experience while improving the number of leads and transactions from AegonLife’s website. This was made possible with Tatvic’s Heatmap and User Journey Analysis through Google Analytics 360

    Approach to Solution

    Our team at Tatvic proposed using the Heatmap solution and also implemented the User Journey Analysis a a custom implementation in Google Analytics 360. Both these solutions, together, showed that most of the users come back (Returning Users) and retrieve quote, after having generated the quote for the first time, in their previous visit, and then transact.

    Also, we noticed quite a lot of engagement with the Renew Policy button, which goes on to show that the number of renewals increased as well. Read the full case study to understand how exactly we approached the solution and how well it worked for AegonLife.

    The overall increase in the policy purchases for AegonLife by “Retrieve Quote” sticky is now 12% more as compared to “Retrieve Quote” call-to-action button, owing to the actions taken from the insights derived by team Tatvic with the help of User Journey Analysis through Google Analytics 360 and HeatMap solution.
