The Enterprise Compute Initiative (ECI) is a S$150 million national program launched in Singapore’s Budget 2025. It helps enterprises accelerate cloud and AI adoption with funding, training, and certified partners. ECI aims to strengthen AI maturity, build compute capacity, and position Singapore as a global AI innovation hub.
AI Cloud Takeoff is the flagship program under ECI, jointly led by DISG and Google Cloud. Over a 6-month journey, companies establish an AI Center of Excellence (CoE), co-develop production-ready MVPs, and scale AI systems securely across business functions.
Enterprises must:Be registered in Singapore
- Have at least 3 technical staff capable of supporting AI initiatives
- Present a viable AI use case
- Commit to the 6-month AI CoE development roadmap
Eligible enterprises can access up to S$500,000–S$555,000 in value, including Google Cloud credits, subsidized professional services, training licenses, and expert consulting.
- 70% subsidy on professional services (worth up to S$105K)
- S$195K in Google Cloud credits for infrastructure and workloads
- S$200K in AI training licenses and tools for organization-wide enablement
- A structured AI implementation framework with expert guidance from Tatvic & Google Cloud
The program runs for 6 months, structured into phases:
- AI readiness assessment & strategy
- 2-week immersive AI bootcamp
- Co-development of MVPs
- Scaling with governance and enterprise deployment
The program is open to all industries, with strong relevance for logistics, retail, financial services, manufacturing, healthcare, and marketing. The only exclusions are industries such as gambling and betting.
Yes, as long as the new AI use case is unique and not already funded through another program. AI CTO encourages enterprises to expand AI adoption into new areas.
Once you apply, your company goes through an eligibility check. Upon approval, you’ll be onboarded by program partners to:
- Define your AI blueprint
- Participate in training and bootcamps
- Co-develop MVPs with Tatvic & Google Cloud
- Scale solutions with governance frameworks
As a certified Google Cloud Consultant Partner & System Integrator, Tatvic helps enterprises with:
