Sr. Manager - Marketing & Communication for Lead Gen


  1. Create and manage MQL campaigns including monitoring results of digital activities, evaluation of performance, and corrective actions if needed to optimize for both SMBs and Enterprise Companies. 
  2. Responsible for online conversion from acquisition to trial to qualified MQL- marketing qualified leads through Email Marketing, LinkedIn reach outs, and ABM- Account-Based Marketing. 
  3. Take a full-funnel view to test/learn/optimize lead generation messages and materials to ensure an understanding of the best ways align with buyer personas
  4. Align growth strategy with our inbound and outbound marketing programs – focusing on decreasing customer acquisition costs and increasing acquisition, retention.
  5. Measure all lead generation campaigns to drive qualified leads through the CRM


  1. Current experience with paid Campaigns, Email Marketing Campaigns, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Excel and inbound marketing, best practices, and associated resources in B2B marketing
  2. A learner with the ability to innovate new ways to generate interest and excitement focussed businesses.
  3. Demonstrated experience with digital campaign design and execution. A genuine passion for thoughtful and engaging campaign design and a focus on end-to-end execution
  4. Strong problem-solving skills
  5. Superior communication, writing, and presentation skill
