Description
  • Prepare and publish Daily/Weekly/Monthly admin activities related reports
  • Monthly Budget Vs Actual tracking to improve cost realization
  • Proactively tracking of unavailability of services and minimize impact on core business
  • Maintain and publish daily visitors records, inward and outward entries
  • Maintain checklist of cleaning activities as per required time intervals and present records whenever required
  • Tracking of material stocks (Cleaning, Pantry etc.) and publish it to stakeholder
  • Arrange fire evacuation training for organization on decided frequency
  • Audit of fire safety related equipment and arrange replacement or service of equipment
  • Maintain employees’ vehicle records to provide better parking management and safety
  • Audit of chairs, desk, electric points etc. and arrange replacement or new once as per requirements
  • Daily audit of pantry, breakout area, water supplier etc. and present checklist whenever required. Maintain stocks of all refreshment and beverages as per suggested guidelines
  • Maintain End to End venue hygiene and comfort for employees
