Job Description
● To maintain and track all IT cost Vs. Financial year budget month on month
● To provide suggestions if any improvement required
To circulate a monthly IT requisition report with various dimensions (Like type, a subtype of requisitions,
vertical/team, date, etc.)
● G suite usage log – Calendar, Chat, Meetings, Drive, Outgoing/incoming emails, user accounts, etc.
● Office 365 usage log – One Drive, Share-point, etc.
● Firewall –Internet usage(Type: Team-wise/User-wise/ Category-Wise), Bandwidth used on an hourly basis
with # of users, Type of threat observed on daily basis, VPN users with their working hours in case of
remote working
● To ensure 100% availability of IT assets for new joiners on the date of joining. To ensure 100% data backup
and submission of IT assets as per exit checklist on last working day for no due clearance from IT front
● To share a monthly report of downtime log in case there is no downtime this needs to share with
appropriate evidence. To update daily basecamp check-ins for Wi-fi, Camera, internet speed, access
control, Firewall
● To prepare questionnaire for IT happiness index and conduct the survey by the end of every quarter
● To select any 1 training/course for each competency and complete its certification/training and submit it
to the HR team/reporting manager
● To maintain and track all IT Assets with 100% asset tagging through asset management tools. Real-time
asset allocation through asset management tools.
● To maintain and share a license repository which should help in optimizing IT cost at the time of new
request received for any subscription/license. Monitor all extra/special team-specific subscriptions and
take confirmation for the specific team lead for deactivation of unutilized subscription/license
