Inside Sales Manager (International)

Responsibilities of a Inside Sales Manager

  • Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails for Tatvic Analytics service offerings.
  • Achieving revenue targets set for Tatvic services and solutions in North America Region.
  • Build, enhance & sustain a high-level sales funnel of key prospects.
  • Strategize and work with other team members to close opportunities and to build and expand the ecosystem of Customers and Partners. 
  • Consistently build, track and handle a pipeline of opportunities in CRM, and provide accurate forecasts.
  • Responsible for achieving daily, weekly and monthly targets
  • Demonstrate deep product knowledge and understanding of the Tatvic Service offerings when assisting clients both on the phone and via email.
  • Evaluating and documenting qualifying factors for the lead such as the client's pain points, budget, need, and timeline.
  • Maintaining relationships and working closely with cross-functional teams for account management.
  • Having experience in prospected and closed sales in SMB accounts based out of North America primarily sold Digital Marketing Services & products.
  • Creating & updating prospecting plans for Targeted Organisation


Minimum Skills required:

  • At least 1-2 years Experience in Inside Sales and Demand Generation for Technology services/products in North America Region.
  • Should have experience in managing end-to-end sales cycles. 
  • MS Office Proficiency·
  • Excellent Verbal & Non-Verbal Communication Skills.
  • BPO/KPO(International process) would be an added advantage
