Responsibility 1: Improve softer aspect of relationship to sniff & suggest solutions which will increase the business opportunity

  • Activity 1.a.: Ensure each SAM reaches out the different POC’s and have a in-depth sync up/ courtesy call every week.

  • Activity 1.b.: Reach out to the Google Account Manager responsible for the client relationship and understand the change in Google Strategies

Responsibility 2: Be a client’s partner to provide the client’s perspective to the delivery team to drive value 

  • Activity 2.a.:What did we cover in the last account review? Make sure you’re not repeating yourself, or asking questions you should already know the answer to

  • Activity 2.b.: What did we commit to in the last account review? If you haven’t already, make sure you follow up on the status of any outstanding deliverables or action items

  • Activity 2.c: Are we adding value? Remember, you’re pulling your customers away from their day and work to come to this meeting. Don’t just tell them what they already know

Responsibility 3: Manage effective Project Management practices for internal & external stakeholder

  • Drive consolidation of different activities that are going in parallel to thread them into singular projects.

  • Set client’s expectations for the project's timeline, outcome and good or bad results a given project can lead to.

  • Alert clients if time, resource that can drive projects to failure.

  • Navigate the client’s internal hierarchy to generate superior relationships & influence.

  • Be gilding light to the internal delivery team to provide them with the perspective of the client’s key goals.
