Challenge
The client’s marketing & SEO efforts resulted in decent website traffic however, only a marginal number of website visitors were browsing through their Instant Personal loan page. The task was to increase the traffic to the Instant Personal Loan page (Lead form) for higher conversions.
Approach to Solution
- Work on Top of the funnel (ToFU) to bring relevant traffic and increase page views of the Instant personal page.
- Used the website performance data and feature attribution analysis to understand user behavior, conversions, and drop-off.
- Created a new design to navigate homepage traffic to the Instant Personal loan page and complete form submission.
Results
- The overall conversion rate for the users visiting the lead form was hiked by 130% for both Desktop and Mobile.
- And the conversion rate increased by 215% on mobile and 108% on desktop in October 2021, as compared to the month of January 2021.
