Good informative infographic. thanks! good ux + happy user = GOOD BUSINESS is a cool expression, because in fact everything works like that! To this infographic, I would add a little information about adaptability. As it is written in the article about UX Audit https://gapsystudio.com/blog/ux-audit/, how to understand that you have problems with the adaptive interface: How to understand that something is wrong with your mobile version? A sign of a design problem may become visible when more people visit the website through mobile devices than through the desktop. However, site conversion is still higher.
