Each lead generation website has forms that require customers to have them contact back. For a lead generation website, a critical KPI is to have website visitors convert & fill the forms for further interactions. Some of the details asked in these forms, form’s length & its placement sometime deter users to provide their information. Moreover structure & visualization of forms in terms of their placement also plays critical role for conversion of visitors to lead. Form field analysis identifies such problems & generates the analyses that eventually help to restructure these forms.

Approach to Solution


Form fields analysis being the lowest hanging fruit for optimizing lead generation websites. First as a consultant we implement intensive tracking module using Google Tag Manager to track all the forms individually along with the fields. This leads to understanding visitor’s interaction with forms & eventually helps to optimize the form fields , form placement on the website.

Results


Standard analysis of form fields leads to identification of changes to the form fields, creating remarketing lists for form fields. We also carry out several A/B tests to identify value of the changes & its impact on lead conversion rate.
