Lead – Inbound Marketing
  • Email Marketing (Newsletter, Product Feature Announcements, Webinar Invites)
  • Writing blog content that would be of relevance to the analytics community
  • Providing feedback to others and editing other writer;s content
  • Check the quality of the content released by the company
  • Building/ Co Ordinating and anchoring Webinars
  • Educate customers on all the services of the company and answer questions from customers hence building value in the customer relationship
  • Manage all social media platforms for the business
  • Monitoring, responding to, and communicating with the online community
  • Growing the Social Media Reach for the company
  • Developing new methods to engage consumers on social platforms
  • Outstanding communication, organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent presentation and listening skills
  • Must be able to thrive in a very fast paced environment
  • Should be tech savvy
  • Familiar with Social Media (facebook, Linkedin, Twitter)
 
 
 
Business Development
  • Responsible for generating and attracting leads, identifying qualified targets, building relationships with clients, and closing the sale
  • Develop strategies for obtaining new business
  • Generate leads through networking, relationship building, tradeshows
  • Effectively prospect, build client relationships, generate leads, acquire new accounts by cultivating and maintaining relationships with client prospects in various stages of interest
  • Qualify prospects to ensure they meet minimum revenue standards and service needs
  • Provide support and documentation to prospects regarding services
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and complete sales proposals that win new business
  • Identify and qualify interested prospects and create discovery meeting events within the targeted time frames
  • Conduct sales “discovery” meeting via phone or in person to assess opportunity
  • Gather needed information to begin the proposal process and presents solution to prospect in a “trial close” conversation
  • Provide clear requests, in the proposal documents, to direct support departments and ensure efficient and accurate production of media recommendations, quotes for print and online services and production schedules
  • Provide support and work with the account teams to ensure a smooth hand-off from closing to project launches
  • Attend industry trade shows. Gather ideas to improve the capabilities and further its growth
  • 3-5+ years of experience in sales management or sales development management, preferably in e-commerce internationally or enterprise applications, with a consistent proven track record of over achievement of quota expectations
  • Proven record of sales success in a similar enterprise software application environment
  • Proven experience successfully managing people to achieve performance goals
  • Successful track record in a high volume transaction sales environment
  • Outstanding communication, organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent presentation and listening skills
  • Must be able to thrive in a very fast paced environment
  • Ability to hire and train new sales representatives
  • Related Bachelor's degree
  • Knowledge of inbound marketing tactics, channels, social media, and incorporates these into sales proposals for prospective clients
